Rooms Division Intern: - Train in all areas of the Rooms Division - Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner - Learn to receive and respond to guest requests, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service - Train with leaders across multiple Rooms departments to perform tasks as needed - Follow all cash handling procedures per Hotel policy - Learn to manage guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner - Train to achieve departmental targets - Ensure cleanliness of work areas - During your training, ensure to be in compliance with all Hotel health and safety policies - Perform all other reasonable duties as needed (Section will be further updated with sections from TIPP Outline once provided by HC)

Requisitos
