The seafood is caught in the waters directly in front of the restaurant and other food includes organic meats, burgers, artisan pizzas, and more. The intern will have hands-on experience in business management functions of a retail outlet at the restaurant.

Assist in scheduling FOH employees and managing hours for the FOH employees Learn to complete FOH purchase orders, POS transaction management Learn and participate in weekly inventory counts and pricing techniques for new inventory Monitor inventory levels, including ordering new stock, conducting regular inventory counts, and ensuring that the store has the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
