Please refer to your DS 7002 training plan that Ithaka Hospitality, your host organization has offered you. This is a training opportunity and not a work program. Your training will help give you hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in your chosen occupational field or field of study. During your training program while placed at Ithaka Hospitality, participants will have an on-boarding orientation and may have the opportunity to rotate through multiple outlets and phases such as Restaurant Operations Experience Training, Private Dining Experience Training (IRD), Banquets, Espresso Outlet, and TRAINEEs may have the opportunity to experience Restaurant Supervisor training, which is dependent upon performance and successful completion of the supervisor assessment. Please note, you will rotate through various roles and outlets while training in F&B Rotational. Hourly Wage Breakdown: Host/Hostess $15.00 per hour Barista $15.00 per hour Server Assistant $8.50 per hour + gratuities IRD Server $10.00 per hour + gratuities Server $3.50 per hour + gratuities Cafe Supervisor $18.50 per hour Restaurant Supervisor $18.50 per hour The hourly wage will vary by rotation. Base hourly rates are from $3.50 (tipped server) to $18.50 (supervisor). Tipped roles receive gratuities; The Host Company guarantees at least the federal minimum wage for every hour worked. Host Company Provided Housing Studio, 1 bath, 400-450 sq ft. Monthly rent: $659.75 this includes tax, water, sewer, electricity, and garbage service.
