Food & Beverage: - Learn how to service multiple aspects of a food and beverage operation in a resort. - Communicate with other staff to ensure successful operation of all aspects of food and beverage in the host company’s various food service outlets. - Learn how to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced management environment and ensure quality of service for guests of the hotel. - Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes. - Answer questions about food, beverage, restaurant functions, services, and resort services and activities. - Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in the point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar. - Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen and bar with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner. - Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment. - Between seating's, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop. - Monitor and observe guests' dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food, beverage, and service. Respond promptly and courteously to their needs and requests. - Accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change if applicable. - Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition by handling the equipment per instruction following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs. - Stock cabinets and shelves with supplies as needed - Be ready and willing to assist fellow associates (servers, bussers, host/hostess, and management) as situations rise. - Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor. - Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction. - Support the supervisor and understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the company communicating expectations and enforcing those policies and procedures with restaurant associates. - Assist in training, coaching, monitoring associates' service to the guests and perform services. - Shadowing supervisor to learn responsibility of food and labor costs.

Requisitos
- Hospitality/Restaurant Management degree -Previous experience in F&B Preferred -Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. -Ability to verbally communicate well in English and in writing. -Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English. -Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, co-workers and members. -Be able to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining a positive attitude -Be able to multi-task and have great attention to detail
