Please refer to your DS 7002 training plan that The Loren Hotel, Austin, your host organization has offered you. This is a training opportunity and not a work program. Your training will help give you hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in your chosen occupational field or field of study. During your training program while placed at The Loren Hotel, Austin, participants will have an on-boarding orientation and may gain experience in the following areas: Housekeeping Rooms Inspection and Labor Forecasting Training, Front Desk / Guest Services Experience Training, Front Office Leadership, Night Audit Reconciliation and Accounting Training. Requisitos
- Strong communication skills - Ability to multi-task and interact professionally with guests and other employees - Customer service personality - Strong work ethic - Willing to work cooperatively as part of team - A university degree or vocational training or job-related course work - Basic kitchen safety and cleaning knowledge - Ability to operate dishwashing machine - Knowledge of world-class and Luxury hospitality and service
Alojamiento
- Participant Arranged Housing - $600 - $1700 per month -The housing cost is subject to change prior to arrival or during your program. If a change occurs, we will communicate this to you, and a new job offer will need to be signed.

- This is a 12-month program position. - Interns - Cultural activities will be provided. • Possess 1-2 years previous hospitality related experience, does not need to be the same division but in a guest facing role. • Display a warm, genuine smile - be able to articulate a history of ways they have elevated guest service while physically demonstrating a spirit of hospitality in their interview. • Candidates should have a list of questions for us to show they have done research on the property and Austin and have a genuine interest in our property and the rotational experience. • Candidates should have and be able to communicate a definitive plan on how this program experience will assist them in their career in hospitality.
