Food and Beverage Trainee Program: Learn foundational restaurant operations: Participants will gain knowledge of basic restaurant functions, food and beverage offerings, and customer service best practices. - Achieve comprehensive knowledge of the full menu - Understand allergens and dietary requirements - Develop speed, precision, and composure under pressure - Learn correct handling of service equipment (e.g. trays) - Understand service timing during high volume and events - Enhance operational efficiency and multitasking: Participants will improve their ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, sharpen teamwork skills, and gain a deeper understanding of scheduling and budgeting processes. The participant will be developing guest interaction skills and structured responsibility within a defined service area, while building the ability to manage a partial section independently, reinforcing VIP and high-volume service standards, and assisting events under supervision. The participant will focus on refining their service mastery and advanced product knowledge, while developing the ability to independently manage a full section and guest experience, apply upselling and VIP/high-volume service techniques, and actively contribute to team efficiency in events. Will need to provide photos of pastry creations. able to use these applications: MS Word, MS Excel, Able to use the Internet - Knife skills is essential - Able to follow a recipe unsupervised Not accepting candidates from Indonesia and India for this role.
