Please refer to your DS 7002 training plan that the Four Seasons Denver Hotel, your host organization has offered you. This is a training opportunity and not a work program. Your training will help give you hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in your chosen occupational field or field of study. During your training program while placed at Four Seasons Denver Hotel, participants will have an on-boarding orientation, rotate through Housekeeping Supervisor training, Front Desk Supervisor training, and Overnight Agent Training (maximum length for 30-days). Housekeeping Supervisor: The experience will provide you the opportunity to network, interact with industry experts and develop under the guidance of company mentors as well as participate in orientation and guest services training. In this position you will be part of the success in bringing the best experience to our guests. Additional aspects of this training program include: Core Responsibilities: Staff Supervision Assign tasks to housekeeping staff. Monitor performance and provide feedback. Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Oversee front desk staff (receptionists, clerks, etc.) Schedule shifts and manage coverage Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching Quality Control Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Address deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions. Inventory Management Monitor and manage supplies like linens, cleaning products, and equipment. Place orders and maintain stock levels. Scheduling Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Adjust shifts based on occupancy levels or special events. Customer Service Respond to guest or patient complaints regarding cleanliness. Ensure prompt resolution and maintain high satisfaction levels. Greet and assist guests or clients professionally Resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively Ensure a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out process Operational Oversight Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions. Monitor access to the building or facility Handle emergency situations calmly and according to protocol Reporting Maintain records of inspections, inventory, and staff performance. Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department. Technology & Systems Use property management systems (PMS) or CRM tools Troubleshoot basic tech issues related to front desk operations Administrative Tasks Maintain records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing Monitor inventory of office supplies and request replenishments Prepare reports for management (e.g., occupancy, revenue, feedback)

Requisitos
Core Qualifications: - Experience: 1–5+ years in front desk, hospitality, or customer service roles; prior supervisory or management experience preferred. - Education: Degree or certification in hospitality management, business administration, or related field (not always required but beneficial). - Technical Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM software, phone systems, and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems).
