Culinary Rotation The participant will receive training in Hospitality and Tourism with an emphasis in Culinary Arts. In this phase participant will be introduced to the daily operations such as: -Garde Manger -Main Kitchen -Introduction to Pastry The participant will be training in an environment where there is interaction between managers, culinary staff, purchasing, vendors and supporting departments such as stewarding. It will be a ‘hands-on’ experience, which will also teach verbal skills and improve English communication. Participant will be rotating through the various kitchen phases. Assisting in preparing and produce baked and pastry items according to established standards in pastry kitchens as assigned. also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

Requisitos
The perfect candidate will have these skills and traits: -Have a background consisting of college course work in Culinary. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to detail. - Ability to communicate clearly on various levels to include senior management, guests, vendors, and associates. - Ability to get along well with others, to demonstrate flexibility and patience, to work as a member of a team. - Good knowledge of food trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentations are helpful.
