Culinary Kitchen Rotation Trainee: In this position you will be able to observe and participate in given tasks, assignments and on-the-job training for the purpose of enhancing and acquiring new skills, knowledge, and competency while gaining exposure to our culture. You will be rotating around serveral outlets to learn what is necessary to manage a premium hotel kitchen while building positive relationships with managers, supervisors, and co-workers. - Back of House (Kitchen) operations and in-depth training on menu development, food costing, organization and proper sanitation practices. - Solid understanding of the F&B outlets and operations. - Banquet set up, execution and breakdown of different sized events. Depending on the motivation, progress and driveyou will have the opportunity to handle special supervisory projects in the hotel banquet department.

Participant arranged Housing Leads provided +- $440 - $452 Per person per month Host Company will provide accommodation at the hotel for 7 days at no charge. Participants will be required to secure their own housing for the duration of the program during this time. Meal Plan is $1 per day.
