Culinary Kitchen Rotation: We are excited to see you’re interested in Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts for your next position! You will be trained and exposed to the preparatory stages of cooking, which varies according to stations (broiler, appetizer, entremetiere, grill, middle, expedite, breakfast, etc.) Your tasks will include food presentations, seasoning, cold food innovation, plating and ingredient selections. Be able to manage the kitchen and ensure compliance with all standards of best practices during food preparation - from raw materials, garnishing, seasoning, plating and finally presentation of finish product / menu plates. You will also learn how to oversee catering events and be able to follow culinary instructions and demonstrate culinary techniques. You will develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation which help assure consistently high quality and to minimize costs; exercises portion control for all items served and assists in establishing menu selling price.

Requisitos

- Be a current student in a Culinary program or be a recent graduate with a Culinary Diploma - Be able to prioritize and organize activities - Communicate in an efficient way inside and outside the kitchen - Be able to work under pressure individually and as part of a team

Alojamiento

- Housing is Host company provided - Cost: $425 per person, per month - Housing Deposit: $200 and will be returned within three days of vacancy minus any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
