This opportunity is designed for international participants who are eager to gain hands-on experience in U.S. resort operations while developing professional, cultural, and leadership skills within a luxury hospitality environment. The Rooms Interns/Trainees will rotate through Front Desk and Housekeeping, gaining a comprehensive understanding of guest services and the critical role each department plays in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Program Objectives - Provide practical, hands-on training in Rooms Division operations - Develop strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills - Build cross-departmental knowledge of resort operations - Enhance cultural exchange and professional growth in a U.S. hospitality setting Front Desk Operations - Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a warm and memorable arrival experience - Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest inquiries - Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate - Learn property management systems and front-office procedures Housekeeping Operations - Support daily room operations to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and brand standards - Assist with room inspections and quality control - Learn inventory control, linen management, and departmental coordination - Gain insight into scheduling, productivity standards, and safety procedures

Requisitos
-Degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major -Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred. -Have great communication skills. -Great attention to detail and be able to multi-task -Strives to improve service performance. -Provides excellent customer service
