Food and Beverage: Will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment that combines a full-service restaurant, bar, and brewery. This role offers exposure to guest service, restaurant operations, bar service, and coordination with kitchen and brewing teams. Interns focus on foundational service skills, while Trainees take on supervisory responsibilities and operational understanding. Food & Beverage Intern: -Assist in daily restaurant operations, including greeting and serving guests -Learn proper food and beverage service techniques (order taking, POS systems, table service) -Support bar operations by assisting bartenders with preparation and service -Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas -Follow food safety and sanitation standards -Assist with setting up and breaking down service stations -Observe guest interaction techniques and service standards Food & Beverage Trainee: -Oversee sections of the restaurant to ensure smooth service flow -Take and manage guest orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery -Assist in training and guiding new staff or interns -Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams -Support bar operations, including basic beverage and beer knowledge service -Handle guest concerns and provide professional resolutions -Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency -Assist in inventory control, ordering, and cost management -Participate in scheduling and shift coordination
