Culinary Kitchen Rotation Intern: During your training you will be rotating through several kitchen areas in which you will learn: - Master how to complete items on the set up list in a timely manner - Master techniques in mass production of fruit and vegetable carving in preparation for display and consumption - Become proficient in the managment of the hot line preparation and plating of hot foods - Complete inventory count & controls. - Proper storage of food items to meet safety standards. - Plan and cost menus - Setting of new menus for organizational restaurants and/or outlets to include specials, banquets, and outlets - Kitchen management

Requisitos
