Rooms Division The St Regis Aspen will teach the participant most aspects of operations and management not only from a theoretical approach but also in terms of practical training. In this position you'll be facing guests. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. You will receive a comprehensive training in the Rooms Division - Guest Service/Butler department. The participant's role is to provide a branded St. Regis signature service during the arrival, departure and in-house experience. The participant will attend 2 days of HR orientation and the remaining days are allotted for the departmental orientation. The participant will be introduced to the resort management, staff, and team members to become acquainted with the property. The participant will also receive a guided tour at the property and will be given an initial orientation at kitchen department to go over the training checklist and the training schedule. The participant will receive comprehensive training in the Rooms Division – Guest Service/Butler department. The participant's role is to provide a branded St. Regis signature Butler service during the arrival, departure and in-house experience. Working closely with PBX/Resort Operator, Front Desk and Housekeeping to Coordinate and ensure response to all special guest requests are met. The participant will receive a comprehensive training in the Rooms Division – Front Desk department. The participant's role is to provide Guest assistance through the arrival, departure and in-house experience. Working closely with PBX/Resort Operator, Guest Services and Housekeeping to Coordinate and ensure response to all special guest requests are met. Overview of hotel departments and their functions (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, etc.) Introduction to the PBX role and its importance in daily hotel operations

Requisitos
- Have a background, consisting of college course work in Hospitality management - Previous experience in a hotel or resort will be helpful - Speak with others using clear and professional language - Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills needed. - Provide excellent guest service
