Please refer to your DS 7002 training plan that the Hyatt Regency Dallas DFW Airport, your host organization has offered you. This is a training opportunity and not a work program. Your training will help give you hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in your chosen occupational field or field of study. During your training program while placed at the Hyatt Regency Dallas DFW Airport, participants will have an on-boarding orientation, Front Desk Rotational, Guest Services, Administrative Tasks, Problem Solving and Compliance & Procedures. Front Desk Rotational: The experience will provide you the opportunity to network, interact with industry experts and develop under the guidance of company mentors as well as participate in orientation and guest services training. In this position you will be part of the success in bringing the best experience to our guests. Additional aspects of this training program include: Guest Services Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Check guests in and out efficiently using reservation systems. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle guest requests (e.g., wake-up calls, room changes, special accommodations). Administrative Tasks Answer phones and direct calls or take messages. Manage reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. Maintain front desk records and logs (e.g., shift reports, incident logs). Problem Solving Resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor lobby activity and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Compliance & Procedures Follow security protocols, including verifying guest identity. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and data privacy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Requisitos
-Hotel/Hospitality Degree or Previous Front Office Experience is preferred - A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. - Refined verbal and written communication skills - Ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds - Service oriented style with professional presentation skills - Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Participant Arranged Housing $1500 1b 1ba - $1500/month + utilities If shared by 2 persons - $750 per month, per person. Please take into consideration, when applying - you will need to provide one month of rent for security deposit and there will be an initial cost of $125 for renter’s insurance per occupant
