Turf Valley Resort is seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Team Members to provide exceptional guest service in our restaurants and dining venues. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service, and contribute to memorable dining experiences that reflect the resort's commitment to excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Guest Service: - Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience. - Present menus, describe food and beverage offerings, and answer guest questions. - Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently. - Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. - Resolve guest concerns professionally and notify management when appropriate. Dining Room Operations: - Prepare and maintain dining areas according to resort standards. - Set, clear, and reset tables efficiently. - Ensure dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas remain clean and organized. - Assist with special events, banquets, weddings, and resort functions as assigned. - Follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures. Teamwork & Communication - Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, supervisors, and fellow team members. - Communicate guest requests, dietary restrictions, and special accommodations accurately. - Assist coworkers during busy service periods to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Support resort-wide hospitality initiatives and guest satisfaction goals. Safety & Compliance - Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. - Adhere to Turf Valley Resort's policies, procedures, and service standards. - Maintain a professional appearance and comply with dress code requirements. - Practice safe work habits and report safety concerns immediately.
