Front Office Intern & Trainee Upon starting the training program, participants are required to attend a 2-day Club orientation. This orientation will introduce the participants to Ocean Reef Club Promises and Values, history, service and conduct standards, and expectations of our guests and Members. The objective of this phase is to guide the participants in learning the skills required to perform the essential functions of the Front Office Operation. This phase includes training and performing duties of: Front desk/office agent, Member/Guest Services and PBX agent. The objective of this role is to help the participants learn all the necessary skills required to operate in the back office. PBX/Reservations Department is a crucial part of Front Office operations as it serves as a central hub of communication. Participants will have an opportunity to learn & experience how the hotel operates overnight and to also shadow and learn the night audit. The Associate will be accompanied by the evening bell service staff while performing these shifts and the Manager on Duty. (Trainee only) The participants will use the skills developed in the previous phases to excel at advanced Member service and service recovery opportunities and further develop their leadership skills.
