Front Desk Rotation Intern: This Position is a presentation of Kalahari’s unique brand and culture. You will learn and work in a fast-paced environment, while making a daily difference in one of our departments. For the majority of your time, you will be expected to engage with guests and perform the job functions of a line-level hospitality associate.You will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests; during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. Kalahari Resorts and Conventions delivers a beyond-expectations waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. You will be assisting our managerial team with the daily operations of running America’s Largest Waterpark Resorts.

Requisitos
-Have a background, consisting of college course work in related field. -Previous experience in a hotel or resort will be helpful -Must be proficient in Windows software. -Having a service to other personality - Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service - Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations -Team-oriented and enjoy hands-on environment. - Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks. - Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills needed.
