Please refer to your DS 7002 training plan that the Hyatt Regency Dallas DFW Airport, your host organization has offered you. This is a training opportunity and not a work program. Your training will help give you hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in your chosen occupational field or field of study. During your training program while placed at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, participants will have an on-boarding orientation, Guest Services, Front Desk, Communication Center and Housekeeping (lead role).

Requisitos

-Hotel/Hospitality Degree or Previous Front Office Experience is preferred - A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. - Refined verbal and written communication skills - Ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds - Service oriented style with professional presentation skills - Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
